At what level do you typically start doing Shrouded Hills quests? I'm 4 right now... and I'm weak. I rolled blind with high perception. I have low cn so for right now Virgil is my tank. I don't want to do all of the quests and not have enough exp left over to pop up to 10/15.

You can do them as soon as you get there, really. If you're having trouble completing them then you most likely choose to spend your skill points in non-combative areas first. You should really spend your first few points on a means of creating *more* experience. Save the weird social skills and crap for later. Also, I find your application of MMO language to this game amusing. Virgil's taunt must be down if he isn't tanking properly. Make sure you go invisible/vanish if you pull aggro! I hope this mob drops some nice loot. OH NO SOME PATS WATCH OUT
