Charged ring doesn't work or bugged.

I've been lurking on the forums for a while, and finally have reason to post...so my problem is that Charged ring doesn't apparently work, when I put them on, my dex doesn't raise, I tried them with my companions and they won't work even with them.

I have installed Arcanum + last official patch + UAP + town maps + music + hires-patch, and I made custom background, could the reason be the background?

 

Yes, if you did follow that damn tutorial on GameFAQs and overwrote the original effect.mes. More about it.

 

Thanks for the quick reply, there went those 12 hours of playing...damn lousy guides, at least I can plan my character better this time.
