Problem with WorldEd

When I try to open it, I get an error message. The error message says;

I have two questions. First off, will I lose my saved games if I uninstall and then reinstall the game. Second, if the answer to the first question is yes - are there any ways to fix this without doing the suggested fix.

New problem however, I've got the same error message; but instead, mss32.dll cannot be found...

Jesus Christ, put it (worlded.exe) into your Arcanum directory, you numb nut.
