Virgin doesn't want Vollinger to join my crew. (Spoiler)

In a Tavern in Dernholm a gnome by the name of Vollinger wants to join my crew but virgil advises against it warning me not to let him travel with us claiming he is a bad seed.
What should I do & why is Virgil so against it. I've created a new character & started a new so I already know that I'm going to meat Magnus in Tyrant but I'm also worried that Magnus may not want to join me because of this guy.

Don't worry about that. You can have him with you. There is a story behind Vollinger though and I don't think I should be telling you this because its too spoily.

Hey hey hey! Don't spoil Vollinger's story just yet al! I haven't picked him up as a follower before (always forget to, and when I remember he's way below my level.) So just hold whatever you hold to stop yourself running off and spoiling his story :smile:.
