What happens when you have used all your magick weapons uses? For instance, the shaman's staff has 20 uses. What happens when they drain down? You can't use the magick spells with them anymore or what? Also, do magick weapons ever learn anymore spells? I know it sounds dumb, but the shaman's staff had a couple of blank slots on it.....
The Shaman's staff got 3 spells, right? Well you can only use all those spells for 20 times. Well it finishes, I THINK it doesnt recharge...well I dont usually use those magic weapons...I've got those spells already.
so basically after I use all the uses of a magick weapon, all I am left with is a stupid stick. Or another stupid sword...Right?
right. Let me just add that I never saw anywhere an option to recharge staves. it could be like AD&D, I don't think you can recharge staves there.
jinxed I heard about a staff or something that gives you like an extra 80 points of fatigue. Is that right? If it is, does it have a number of "uses" or not?
If I don't know the answer to the question I don't answer to the post since what I would write would be useless. I never used any magic. I have alot of info because I stay here and read alot. But noone ever mentioned what you wrote about the staff and since I never used it I don't know. Sorry
the only thing i've seen recharge is when i use a mystic dagger. the little box that shows your gold left of the message box has some blue icon with a quantity of 10 in it when i use that dagger. sometimes it goes down but it alwasys goes back up to 10. whatever those 10 things are is anybodys guess but mine.
Those are the extra fatigue points that they give you. The mage dagger gives you 10 extra points (for spell use only). The Arcane staff gives you something like 80. That's not quite what the original post was talking about. As for the original post, I don't know. I don't think they recharge.
If an item has mana, it will appear in the box where gold is usually displayed when you equip it. When an item has a spell, a magick icon will appear to the left of your hot keys. Clicking on that will reveal the spells the item has. As for the uses, it says 20, so I'd say, use them wisely .
okay so whats the button on the right side of the hotkey bar? i've not seen it do anything but it makes a sound when you click it. I guess it must be like the chat gem on battle.net.
