Durin's stone thingy

I was in the wheel clan and one of the Dwarves gave me a schematic for a key. I found some mithril for the key, where do I get the "heart stone"?

By the way if you can 't find the bedokan village, go to Qintara first, there's guy who wants you to find someone and locates the village on your map.

 

Oh you can also open the chest by using picklock and a fate point.

 

Arathorn means the chest you would use the Iron Key on.
