What to tie around a techie's neck?

Personally I found no suitable necklace/amulet/medallion. Anyone had better luck?

 

I have and I'll give ya a hint. It belongs(used to anyway) to a certain prostitute.

 

Finger of Mannox or Pelojian's amulet.

Pelogian's amulet is in Tulla (you must wear it when you must talk to the ghost)

 

No need to steal anything Dragoon. But it does cost that quest and the other 3(?). To me though its worth it.

Does Pelojian's amulet actually do anything? I mean, apart from getting Pelojian to appear in the pool at Tulla.

Does it give you any bonuses?

Perl whatsits amulet gives: 40%MR
same as cassies necklace, also non-magic

I also once found a ruby necklace as random treasure that looked like cassies necklace and gave same bonuses.

 

I just meant (if we're talking about the same thing ie. Cassie's necklace) that it adds ++ to prowling and since I don't have any prowling skill it's little help to me.

Also as for Pelojian's amulet, if I have 100 Tech Aptitude will it do me any good? (putting aside the fact that the only magic enemy wizards use, at least in my case, is summon magick).

 

Check again Dragoon. When you get the quest to recover her necklace it should be +40% magic resistance and it works for techs too.

 

Okay then I'll have to check it but it'll probably be no sooner than after I get to playing this game yet again since I already gave the necklace to Madam Lil (or I'll check if she has it in her inv then use fate piont to steal it).
