1. Do I need additional fuel to maximize the effect of that weapon during combat? 2. Is the effect somehow depending on the race of the utilizer? 3. Any knowledge of a more effective axe?
1/ no 2/ afaik, damage depends upon str ... 3/ there's a lightning axe (sebastian has got one). very few monster have high lightning resistance so it can be useful.
