The Chapaeu (sp?) of Magnetic Inversion which is given to u in Black Root says requires charges.... i bought batteries but they never get used and it still says " Requires Charges" How Do I Charge It?
You dont "charge" it. When you have batteries on you and you get shot with something it is supposed to invert, it will drain that many batteries from your stock per deflection.

what bout the flow spectrometer?? i think it use charges as long as u put it on. (and decimated my 3000 charges coz i didnt know)
I dunno if it has or not ...... my charges are still 120/120 i'm also a master of dodge tho so mayb i'm just an agile bastard
