Congratulations. Now remember to allways look in the mirror or atleast check what is behind the car before driving backwards.
Congrats! Having lessons right now, but there's one small problem that's been bugging me all my life, and is bugging me now... I suck at listening to people, and taking orders...
in 5 more days, it'll be 2 years until i can get one of those driver licences that allow you to drive as long as an adult/a person with a liscence is with you in the car. better than nothing...
I can get a learning license next year, but I may wait until I'm 16 instead... No real reason to learn early, except to give me something to do on long road trips. BTW, congradulations! Enjoy being on the open road!
It's actually a learner's permit, not even an actual license, I've had one for close to a year now. Damn DMV and their long lines.
Congrats, DarkElf. Enjoy driving while it's still new and fun. Before the idiot drivers get to you and slowly crush your soul, little by little, day by day with their assholish road behavior. Yeah, enjoy the exhilliration of hearing the car startup. Pull out of your driveway with a smile on your face, the limitless freedom of the open road, the POSSIBILITIES lifiting your spirits. Remember these times when you're a bitter old man of 25, driving white-knuckled, teeth gritted, just waiting for some asshole to drive 15 mph below the speed limit on a no pass road. Or getting undercut by some punk ass kid in a rice rocket in a merging lane. Or getting stuck behind some old lady who slows down before every green light. Or any of a thousand other things that people do just to ruin your day. God, I fucking hate driving. Anyway, congrats, man. Rock on!
Milo, you're more bitter than I remember leaving you, and that's saying something... Congrats Dark Elf... Drive until you can't drive anymore (um... I'm not really sure when that is though) Oh, and I demand that there shoulda be a test of people once they reach the age of 60... like a test to tell their skills and their awareness of the other people/cars/rules... It really bothers me.
You know, I think your job probably also impacts on your view of driving . Then again, I agree with you, and I've only been driving 2 years, and I don't have a job.
:-( damn failed for the test another 150 euro's gone  ow well most peaple do it here in 3 times, it was my first time, so I still got 2 times left
<-------licensed, old, bitter, and convinced that children shouldn't even be allowed NEAR an automobile, let alone drive one (Yeah it's one of those days. WHAT OF IT???!!! Dammit where'd I put my Midol?!)
Milo, are you aware that your smilie has his hands glued to the screen? Look at the poor little bugger trying to pull them off....
