It's the "Book of Durin's Truth", and it IS in possession of the widow of the guy that wrote the Curse of T'sng what-you-call-it.

Actually, is that the quest with Book Of Durin Truth and Places of the Lost Voices? I placed ancient drums with saved voice and what i could to do next?

You go to Caladon. That is where the book is. That is where the widow is, & that is where the key is.

 

I like non-standard decisions. I accidentally had opened the safe in Taran science society and discovered the map of that place and three drums. Where can i get this quest? :-?

Yes, it's to find the Lost Burial Ground of the Iron Clan, and retrieve the Durin Stone.

Verminator, the place of Lost voices is marked on a map you find when you open the ancient chest at the Tarant Zoological Society. Just read it, and the location becomes marked on your world map.

Also, you get some really cool equipment including probably the best non-magic/mechanical melee weapon in the game. 8)
