Does Everyone Get 10 CPs at 20th?

    I just finished the Crystal Ball quest in Tarant (interesting ending. :wink: It was enough xp to bump me up to 20th level. I went to allocate points and I see I have 10 CPs to use. Is this normal or did I run into another glitch?

    Oh, and a note for the web folk at Terra Arcanum. The listing for Dog on your site lists him as 20th level. Well the first time I got him, I was 19th, and he was only 12th. I stopped the quests I was doing in order to get him before 20th so I would be sure to get the best out of the beasty. I ended up going back to an earlier save so I could max out the mutt. Just an FYI.

    If I didn't spend all those points 'til level 20 I will get 29 CPs.

    So I Just Magically Got a Bonus 8 CPs?

    I've spent all my previous character points to this point. So I'm guessing I'm NOT supposed to have gotten 10 points at 20, just the usual 2 for a level divisible by 5. Hmm.... weird, weird game...
