Problem in Tulla (Spoilers)

Alright, so I'm in Tulla and I want to get Master of Force. I have the Pendant thingy on that the Force Master gave me, and I ran through the archway in the middle of town. Nothing's happening. I haven't done Tulla in like 4 or 5 months, so I might have forgotten a step, is there something I else I need to do. Spin around in a circle and say mother may i be a master or something?
Another thing, I know you can't become a master in more than one college naturally, but if you steal the pendants could you?

 

In answer to your first query, no, you do not "spin around in a circle and say mother may I be a master or something". You don't walk through an arch while holding the master amulet to take the master test. There is a glowing circle near the viewable painting in the masters' area that you must enter in order to take the test (enter the circle, not the painting).

Your second question has already been answered and you might have found it had you searched diligently through past threads concerning this topic.

Frankly, I find it hard to believe that you played through this game 4 or 5 months ago and forgot what was required to take the master test.

 

What can I say, I have other stuff on my mind, and the guy said something about an archway in the center of town. I just assumed it was the one in the center of Tulla, not the circle in the middle of the building. I don't know maybe i read it wrong, I clicked through the conversation kind of quickly.

Don't worry about upseting the Frito Fanger, I don't, & it does not worry about upeseting anyone else. Or do what I do, when it sounds like a human being, even an unreasonable one one, treat it like one. I have had a few interesting conversations with it. When it sounds like an authoritarian falmer, insult it right back. Or better yet, ignore it.

 

U can get the dobble mastery but i guess that's just a bug on the game. I got meta and conv. that way. But the masteries gotta be different kinds (meta, blk necro,etc. and Phantsm, divination, etc.)(i don't know exactly how this works) But u r gonna get one mastery in the circle near the mure of enlightment and the other one in the arch, convining objets of two chests.

 

Lateralus, the arch in the middle of Tulla is used for another quest. It is not concerned with the mastery quests.
