    There is a telegraph booth in Caladon. ASk that guy to send you a message to a professor in Tarant which you will dictate. Wait fr a day then get the reply.

    I think you can only do that if you've previously talked to him. I, unfortunately, hadn't, so I had to travel all the way back to Tarant to talk to him.
