    Besides explosives, im having a hard time finding any good throwing tech weapon thats not magical. i saw a post about the arial decapitator, but im looking for a tech throwing weapon.

    I had found it once. But forgot where I found it. But at least I know its real. :p

    Try either the thieves hideout in the Tarant Sewers or Kreghan's castle in the void.

    But if it is really the void, then its very much useless because by then, u will have access to the best weapon in the game. A special normal falchion which does 35-50 dmg with a speed of 15.

    Do leave a note if u find it. I have been trying very hard to recall where i found it.

    The Aerial Decapitator is the best damage throwing weapon for a tech guy. It can be found at the world map coords W750, S556

    You have to kill an old blind guy to get it. Not as easy as it sounds.

    There is (allegedly) also a weapon called the 'Fleet Boomerang' sold at the blacksmith in Ashbury.
