Nah, it's for a guy in the Ancient Temple (a location between Tarant and Ashbury, not far south of Bellergorim).

I think his name is Tarien Kel or something. He asks you to go get the dragon blood. If you bring it back and use it on him, his body reconstitutes (good word, eh?) and I think there is a way of getting him to join you if you're evil.

Yeah, his name is Tarien Kel. It's pretty easy to get him to join you. You just talk to him. I've always get the dialogue options to ask him to join, even with my dumbest, most unpersuasive character. But, like Sherriff Fatman said, if you're not evil then he won't. Unless you have a ton of charisma.

He's not a bad NPC. Good fighter, plus he's one of the "talkie" NPCs.

No that's a different one. The one we're talking about gets marked on your world map by talking to Torian Kel's skeleton. That is, assuming you didn't do what I did and kill him on sight right when I entered the room. It wasn't until after that I realized he never attacked me. Good thing I had just saved my game before entering the room.

You can find the exact coordinates on the Terra Arcanum site, I think.
