    I figured it out ...... these lil green halflings in black root gave me a mysterious gem .... in the fray of zombie killing i used it----- so it wasnt an orc but a miniature halfling .... i must of shot him on accident so he attacked me ... good thing i had just saved it ... PS .... I PASS ON GRASS
