Magnus wont come to party anymore:( what to do ?

1) When i need to put him on wait in island of dispare he wont come to party again?? what must i do ( or is it better to leave him out and take H.T parnells orc instead of magnus? )

2) Is Magnus needed later in the game??


3) Is the leading dwarf on the island of dispare needed too later in the game?


4) Second question: Liam quest - can i do that quest later in the game too ( when im really strong) because that is a good place to lvl up ( monsters keep comin)

Uhm, I'm not sure about this because I rarely pick Magnus as an npc, but can't you give him something (like Dwarven Snuff or whatever) to improve his reaction? You'll have to do that before he leaves or refuses to join you, though.

And imo Magnus is a better npc than Gar (H.T. Parnell's Orc).

Nope. No npc really is, actually.

Nope. He does hold valuable information, though (or a valuable item...).

Sure you can. There's no time limit to any of the quests.

 

Check your evil-o-meter. Magnus is a good guy. If you are too much on the evil side, he won't join you.
If he does not join you because you invited Thorwald into your company, do the following:
1)tell Thorwald to wait
2)Invite Magnus back in
3)Invite Thorwald back in.
Thorwald is the kind of follower that doesn't take a follower slot.

Not really. He has an interesting storyline, but not a single one of the followers is critical for the main plot.
