    Anyone here know where I can pickpocket/find the looking glass rifle? As well, anyone know where to get the schematics for an elite plate and get the featherweight armour?

    you can pickpocket the master of firearms in Ashbury (he's in the south part near the prison the cloaked figure)
    the feather weight chainmail can be made by your own personal schem when investing the smithy sphere, the same with the elite plate
