where are the rules to the forum posted?

 

On the sign-up page when you registered, in your "So Very New Here" thread, and anything else that comes out of Jinxed's mouth.

There aren't very many rules. Basically no illegal stuff. That's about it, I think.

 

Yeah, the FAQ is empty, and that's normally where they would be. Common sense tends to rule the day here.
