How can I open the circle door?

 

I believe you're talking about the Wheel Clan, in which case you need to be wearing the Kathorn Crystal Spectacles.

If you managed to get Thorvald to join you, they'll be in his inventory. Otherwise you can either make them with spectacles, Kathorn crystal, and the schematic from Thorvald's chest or with just Kathorn Crystal and aid from the spectacle maker in Ashbury. Wear the glasses and stand inside that square on the ground in front of the mountain and you're in like somebody who's name rhymes with in.

If you're actually talking about a circle door in the Black Mountain mines, than I have no idea how to help.

Plz ignore the post about he's talking about the WHEEL clan. To open the iron clans door you need the glass key from the panarii temple in Caladon(its with the halfling). To get it go to Rosenburg and follow the southern coastline to the west till you find a passageway(Or left, its in the durection of the ring, but you must stay by the coast to see it). Also I think you need to converse with the historian to get the password to the door. When you get in grab the book and the sword and give them both to Alexander(Head aco-lite of churh in caladon).

After that talk to the halfling and he'll unlock the cases for you, reveiling a nice necklace, and the key.
