The ultimate Full Game Mod experience?

I never got around to finishing Arcanum. I intent to play again with all the little expansions and mods. But I have a few questions:

1) Is there some place that tells you what the best combination of Mods to use for playing through the full Arcanum game?

2) What Mods/expansions are compatable with each other? I notice there are several gun balance mods. Which to use?

Essentially, I know there are several mods, but I'm not sure how well they fit together.

Perhaps you missed this somehow (although I'm not sure that's actually possible), but there's a forum named Mods. Maybe that would be a good place to ask your question? :roll:

 

I didn't miss it. However, the title is "Modding and Scripting Support", which I thought referred to...er..."Support". As in How To...
