What game do you play most?

I'm wondering if anyone really still plays Arcanum a lot. I don't. I was wondering if Arcanum was dying. Vote for the game which you think you'd want to play most. Or you can vote for the game you DO play most. Thanks.

Well, you sure did give not very good choices, you should have probaly gave more of a genre poll or something like that.

Cause I love RTS and RPG games. I clicked "other" for I play WC3 and SC the most out of any games.

 

i dont play much of anything right now because my computer is down a lot, but when i do, its arcanum or heroes 4. i would play the sims if my computer was reliable enough and if i had enough time, but i dont.

Of the games named in the poll, The Sims, though I can't say I spend a lot of time on it. It's in my "stupid addictive games played to kill some time without thought" category. Like Tetris.

Most of my gaming time is spent with Virgil, I mean, Arcanum, and when I need a break I'll play Chessmaster or SimCity 4.

SimCity 4? How is it? I godda save up for it..we're not all rich..lol

 

Well I got it on sale so it didn't set me back too far thank god.

It's quite good actually. The graphics are superb and it's more of a challenge than SimCity 3000 Unlimited, and the patch greatly reduces the strain on your video card. Some of the new features though, like the "My Sims" thing, are overrated and simply useless. Also, I prefer 3K's way of generating a landscape.... No matter what I do, when I try to populate my terrain with animals they all make a beeline for the coast and drown themselves like lemmings. I've really gotta figure out a way to fix that....

If you've already got a previous version of SimCity I wouldn't say this one is a "must-have" unless you're a SimCity fanatic. But if you can pick it up cheap I'm sure you'll enjoy it.

I'd like to thank Snowmane for support, and while you are no doubt someone who was banned (as evidenced by your sig), I would hate to think that my humour is limited to my signature. I haven't changed it in quite a while, and most of them haven't been what I would consider 'amusing'. The last couple (including this one) have been lines from TISM songs, which as a general rule have funny lyrics.

So what if I flame? If I flame, it's because some fuckwit like you (yeah, you started it this time) has done something to piss me off. The list is big, but it's also pretty obvious, and if you do something on it, I'm going to point it out.

If you don't care about getting banned, then get the fuck out of here and save us all the trouble of having to deal with you.

 

Actually, DU amuses me with his perfect timing, poking fun at inane comments, and generally being strange. Jar amuses me with his sarcasim and interesting names/combinations of curse words. And yes, his sigs are creative.

 

Jarinor ease down a bit, all this anger must be really bad for your digestion.

 

It's pretty funny when things get serious.

To tell you the truth, DU has given me some laughs, Jarinor on the other hand....I'm not going to mension. He'll go all "Arg Q, you suck!" on me.

 

What, are you kidding me? It's the other way around - if I don't let off steam, then it'll build up, and I'll end up moving to the US, getting a job in the postal service, and taking to the mail routes with a gun one day.

I don't get digestion problems either. I don't know the meaning of indigestion, heartburn, or any of the other stuff that lesser mortals are inflicted with. I'm sure you do, though, Jinxed.

Here are my opinions, however much you might not care for them.
Jarinor always finds new ways of expressing anger and although it can sometimes be too much to deal with, most of the time its just funny. The little experience I've had with DU hasn't been negative at all.

There, you had to listen to what I think, and none of you can whine about how I never write using proper grammar, punctuation, and capitalization, because I just did.

 

DU has caused me to laugh many times due to his pointing out of the obvious in a way you didn't intend. Jar hasn't made me laugh as much, but can still get a good chuckle sometimes.

DU can do such a good job because of how intelligent he is (he made AMTUT and is head of Fan Made Fallout, after all!), and Jar is funny because... Well, I'm not sure why. Maybe because he's like dynamite waiting to go off. It's amusing, unless you are the one being blown, so to speak.
