I am on the second half of my quest to do the wonky Gods-pleasing thing and discovered that I need to sacrifice to the Dwarf god again... but I've already gotten rid of all my lavarock. Is there an easy and reliable way to get more? I have already: Gone back through the wheel clan dungeons, checking every square inch and chest. Gone back through the Black Rock Mines, checking every square inch and chest Checked all of my fellow NPC adventurers' inventories thrice over (knowing how klepto they can be) Checked all the vendors where I sold stuff three to five different times, hoping the lava rock would still be in their wares Tried talking to the Wheel Clan vendors, but few will have anything to do with a mage, so I don't know if they sell lava rock or not.
I'm afraid I haven't seen any lava rocks outside the Black Mountain Clan or maybe the Dredge. Check the bins if you ever put anything there for storage. How did you manage to sell lava rocks??? Who buys them?
the only place i ever found lava rock was in the "shudder" Wheel clan mine... so i suspect that you may have to loead a save to get it done... by the way, i never got the gods quest done... what happens if you do ?
If you complete the God's quest, you get the following bonuses: Resist Magick +30, Dexterity +4, Resist Damage +30, Max Hit Points +100, Max Fatigue +100, Melee +12, Pick Pocket +12, Persuasion +12, Firearms +12, Dodge +12 Sadly, you usually already have most of it by the time you complete the quest, and Firearms bonus isn't really helpful for a mage (lowers your MA :x ) but +30DR and +100FT and hit points is nice to have anyway.
Oooooohh... should have known that... Another one: I can't get myself to play an evil char !, wich means i have never seen the "Evil/Bad" ending... What happens ? And where det H*** DID Virgil go, when he departed ?, and why is he in the "sobbing onion" afterwards ? "Don't quote me on this" - Niels Spohr
We went, well, to the Sobbing Onion in Caladon. Read the newspaper story and listen to his dialogue afterwards for the complete dish.
Ho ho ho, Canis !!! you got me there... Seems my memory is getting a little fuzzy... maybe from lack of sleep, or the constant bombardment of pop-up ads ? Well, yes i suppose so... Did you pick Vollinger up ? "Nasty little peice of work" - Virgil or was it sogg-mead-muck that strode besides you right intil the final end ? of course Virgil was there... he's a must first time over...
