A page of posts ago, someone said that 190 was "a little chunky" at six foot...those "healthy weight" charts are ridiculous. I am 180 at 5'10, and I have very little body fat. Muscle is heavier than fat, so a man of six feet weighing 200 pounds could be far healthier than a man of the same height weighing 170 pounds.

Regarding Silvio (how'd he get back here?), I think it's just a barometer of his idiocy and pathetic personality that he boasted of a "flame war" with a twelve yearold girl (who happens to be my younger sister). Mr Wolf, I realise that your words are probably an expression of your anger or frustration, rather than a reflection of your true wishes, but I suggest you take a look at what you just said. If, after doing so, you do not feel some shame or regret for posting them I think it could only be that you do not actually understand what you're really saying.

I suspect you often find yourself posting in anger, and my advice to you is to try to refrain from doing so. There's a lot of bile on the internet, but it never leads anywhere good for the posters of the places they post. We've all done it, and everyone has a time or two when their rage outweighs their wisdom, but if it happens a lot you've got a problem.

Maybe it would help you to post more reasonably if you imagine that there is a huge, short-tempered man standing over you while you post, and that he's a friend of the person you're addressing. Would you really say the things you do if there was come chance that you'd have to suffer the consequences?
