i blame the english. you with me on that. of course you are. always good to go on about the english short comings in sport. sure they would whip ass in soccer but really.. the black caps can sometime beat them in cricket.
i love getting down on my own country.

Yeah, I'm with you on bagging the English. Their generals are stupid - I'm still pissed off about World War 1, and how the English generals used the Australian troops as cannon fodder, and refused to change their thinking style and military tactics...

 

something real bad about that. my friends great uncle was shoot by one of the english officers because he refused to charge a heavily fortified position.
it was a group of kiwi and aussie troops and because we gave the english complete control over our troops, well they shoot them. the aussie wernt shoot because there govt stepped in. just stupid really.

the country dose ask for a good going over. thats the other national pass time.

Stalin had units that were used as human sheilds.
the soldiers who behaved badly were sent to those units.

I wonder how much it costs to train a man into being a human shield....

I also wonder how many persons, out of a group of ten, would say: "Ooooh! That`s a waste of money!"....

I also wonder if anyone would say: "Ooooh! That`s a waste of lives!"....

Then I also have to say I wonder what qualifications you need to get such a job, and how would you "sell" it?...

Then the enevitable question rises: How daft do you have to be to willingly let yourself be a human shield?...

they were suppose to run to the german side and get shot so that the germans will loose bullets.if someone wouldn't obey and run back he will get shot by the russians.

can you belive that some of the soldiers survived those battels.(thier names were probably Neo)

Why would you be a human shield?

If I was told to run up and get shot by some German if I didn`t want my own country to finish me off instead I`d probably become an "instant deserterâ„¢" and
A) Jump the guy who`s comanding me.
B) Jump any guy standing close by.
c) Run left.
D) Run right if left didn`t do the trick.
E) Wet my self.
F) Fake a football injury.
G) Play dead.
H) Play with my self(while drooling and crossing my eyes) then executing A), E), G), C), F) and D).

The USSR lost 20 million soldiers in WW2 as well.

Stalin was also the man who said "Kill a million people, and it's a statistic. Kill one person, and it's a tragedy". How true is all I can say.
