Yeah, sorry about that, Retard. My life was briefly taken out of my control be a MMORPG (Dark Age of Camelot). I've now been rescued by some mighty and magical heroes, so normal service should resume.

Speaking of missing people, you need to take a break from your chickens and do a bit more posting. Also, the other AWOL regulars need to put in some quality TA forum time. We need an injection of the truly fascinating insanity that only they can provide.

Very true Fatman. Although, to (I'm sure) everyone's shock and horror, I went on a FOT tactics spree, and completed the game in 3 or 4 days, and actually enjoyed it!

Nothing like rushing your squad through a room, and unleashing a volley of energy weapons fire...

 

So how did Vlad's hedonism escape the religion v. philosophy fray. I brought that up dispit my avowal of epicureanism.

 

I got pretty pissed off at the game myself at times...I used to play 'I don't want to take even a single bullet' method, but that takes forever...

During the final 5 or so missions, I took hits, and I enjoyed the game a shitload more, and it took a shitload less time. Not just because it would be impossible to not take a hit. It was just more fun.

As for tactics, I tried varied ones...Ambushes, running while firing, sniping, holding my ground, and of course, rushing.
